Burlington By the Book is an independently owned bookstore in quaint downtown Burlington, Iowa. It sits 3 blocks west of the Mississippi River.
Their hours are: Mon, Tue, Wed 9am-6pm Thu & Fri 9am-7pm Sat 9am-5pm Sun 9am-4pm
Page, Print, and Pint is a newer micro bookstore in downtown Keokuk, Iowa. It is located in the Hotel Iowa. They are located 5 blocks west of the Keokuk Dam.
Their hours are: Monday 1-5pm Tuesday 1130am-5pm Friday 2-7pm

I am EXCITED to announce my book The Girl In The Dream – a memoir of an adopted child was selected as a Finalist in the 2025 American Legacy Book Awards.
This book is very close to my heart. It tells of my feeling of abandonment throughout my 70 years and how I coped with the feelings.
I am also thrilled as this is my first book award. Woohoo!!!
